Sales Lead

This role:

• We are looking for an experienced salesperson to join our KINDRED. team with an ambition to actively drive our future growth.
• The primary focus will be on new business and lead conversion.
• There is no formal sales organization currently so You will be the one to drive its creation.
• The role will be without direct reports at the beginning, but this will change with your successful delivery.
• The role is B-1 and reports to a dedicated board member.
• Your sales activities will be supported by experienced internal consultants / pre-sales.
   

What do we expect from You:

• You have previous successful Digital Marketing / IT services / Marketing Sales lead role experience within an international enterprise environment. Preferably in an agency or consulting company.
• Your sales work will focus on Digital Transformation / Marketing platforms and IT services to international enterprise clients. At least within Europe.
• You are a well-organized person able to work both independently as well as in team collaboration.
• You are not only expected to open new doors and generate leads, but also to manage and oversee the whole sales life cycle up to the point when PO is signed.
• You are fluent in English. A great bonus is if you also master French.
